At SHOPLAB, we expect our customers to comply with our agreement, using the service responsibly and sensibly. For clarity, we have detailed certain prohibited activities in this Acceptable Use Policy (”AUP”), which should be intuitive. It is important to note that it is impossible to list all potential misuses, so the following list is not exhaustive.
You must not, and shall not permit others to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws;
- Infringe on the rights of third parties;
- Attempt unauthorized access to or disruption of any service, device, data, account, or network;
- Compromise the integrity of our systems or service, including vulnerability testing;
- Exceed the use parameters of the service or overload our systems, for example, by deploying robots or automated methods that impose an unreasonably large load on our resources;
- Engage in spamming, distribute malware, or disseminate viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, or other harmful programs;
- Bypass any security or authentication measures;
- Interfere with, disable, or circumvent any billing mechanisms that meter usage of the service;
- Share or transfer any license key, password, or other security devices to any unauthorized user or third party;
- Make unauthorized modifications to the service or its software, including but not limited to creating derivative works, decompiling, reverse engineering, decrypting, translating, or attempting to derive the source code;
- Publish any results of benchmark tests related to the service;
- Use the service for purposes other than those intended, which could result in a loss of revenue for SHOPLAB;
- Engage in impersonation, phishing, or any form of identity fraud;
- Violate the privacy of others, such as by publishing private information without consent;
- Use the service to harass, stalk, or post threats of violence;
- Upload or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of SHOPLAB or third parties, including copyright, trademark, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, or any other rights;
- Upload, share, or submit content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic (including child pornography), harassing, hateful, or promotes illegal activities or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or medical condition.
The term ”content” refers to any information, data, text, code, scripts, music, sound, photos, graphics, videos, messages, tags, interactive features, or other materials that you post, upload, share, submit, or otherwise provide in any manner to the service, as well as any other materials or data used with the service.
SHOPLAB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the service, or to remove content, either permanently or temporarily, without notice or liability, if we determine that this AUP has been violated. You are required to promptly notify us of any circumstance that may constitute a violation of this AUP or that could lead to claims or actions against, or ill will towards, SHOPLAB, and provide all relevant information upon our request.
